Former Army Commander and opposition leader, General Mugisha Muntu, has sharply criticized President Yoweri Museveni for failing to hold his son, General Muhoozi Kainerugaba, accountable for conduct that would see any other army officer dismissed.
Speaking during a televised interview, Muntu did not mince his words, saying, “Muhoozi is untouchable. We all know any other general would have been fired for doing half the things he does.”
He went on to accuse the president of weakening the credibility of the Uganda People’s Defence Forces (UPDF) by protecting his son from scrutiny.READ MORE...........................
